Taken from real elevation data of the Mt. Ka‘ala area, this piece turns O‘ahu’s rugged landscape into carved walnut wall art. The deep 3D terrain captures the dramatic ridges, valleys, and coastline surrounding Hawai‘i’s highest point, giving the piece a true sense of place. Each 16" × 10" × 2" piece is carved in Elkhart, Indiana from solid walnut and paired with hand-poured blue and white resin that flows like ocean water around the island’s edge.
