The wood and resin blend on this case feels surprisingly smooth, and the live edge detail really stands out on my phone. It adds a nice grip without being bulky, which I didn't expect from a wooden case. I've already gotten a few compliments on the pattern.
I was worried a wooden case would feel bulky, but this one is surprisingly slim and the stabilization really shows—no cracks after a few weeks in my pocket. The resin swirls catch light in a way photos don't capture.
The burl and resin pattern looks great in person and the case has held up fine for a few weeks. But it's noticeably heavier than my old case and the resin edge feels a bit slick, so I fumble it more than I'd like.
